Every booking includes the full client agreement below. These are the terms athletes and families ask about most.
A 30% non-refundable deposit (minimum $100) holds your date. The balance is due at the session. The Season Pass can be paid in four installments.
Reschedule once with 48 hours notice. Weather, illness, injury and venue closures are rescheduled at no charge.
Black Hound keeps the copyright. Your license covers recruiting, personal and social use, and grows with your package to NIL-partner and sponsor use.
You arrange rink or venue permission. Game coverage follows each team, league and arena's photography and credential rules.
A parent or guardian signs the agreement, handles payment and attends every session, or names an adult who will.

From booking to final horn
Choose a package, sign the session agreement and license, and pay the deposit. Parents or guardians sign for athletes under 18.
Fill out a short questionnaire about your position, goals, stats and audience. Jasmine builds your shot list and wardrobe plan.
Studio or rink-side portraits, action, and a clean set when your package includes it. Sessions run 45 minutes to 3 hours.
Pick favorites in a private gallery, then receive final images, video, your media kit and your license in 3 to 7 days.

Jasmine has had a strong connection to media since her teenage years, with photography and videography as her strongest skills. She grew up alongside the rise of social media, and she knows how athletes look and sound online. Her hockey experience spans game-day coverage, media days, hype reels, graphic design and brand strategy, so one person can build your whole visual resume.
Captured in-game action and portraits, edited in Lightroom, cut hype reels in Premiere Pro, wrote game recaps from USPHL stat sheets, designed game-day graphics, planned Military Appreciation Night and supported arena game-day operations including broadcast camera.
